I nominate any of the movies / sequels that were redone without any semblance of the original (ie: 'The Longest Yard', 'Die Hard' 'American Pie', 'Freddy vs Jason', etc..)

 

Without a doubt, "The Death Curse of Tartu" and "The Flesh Eaters".
Not only do these two bastions of awfulness share joint 'worst ever...' title, they were on the same bill back in the days when you got two movies for your dollar.

 

i'm with you on this. Sci Fi movies are so terrible they should be illegal. Remember Maria Carrey's train wreck of film called Glitter? if you don't, lucky you. i'm still in recouperative theraphy.

considering the actors in it and the money spent on it, Miami vice was an absolutely terrible movie.

 

Beverly hills cop 1, 2 , 3, 4,and 5, in fact any film with Eddie mutha F*****r stupid laugh Murphy in it. Yeah you got it , im not a fan.

The Road to Wellville ...with Anthony Hopkins. it started badly, the middle bit was awful and the less said about the end the better,

Highlander...oh come on ...Christopher Lambert plays a Scotsman who cant die..Sean Connery plays a Spaniard who can... it ends up in modern day New York....oh, i cant be botherd telling you, its awfull.

Any film with Maddona in it.

Planet of the Apes, Return to the Planet of the Apes, the modern remake of Planet of the Apes, you see a patern forming here, dont you?

If I can just impart before i go and have a lie down in a darkend room, if Eddie Murphy, Maddona, Chevy fuckin Chase, Steve "i used to be funny" Martin, or Goldie Hawn star in film, its gonna be crap.

 

It was so serious that it was comical. Even at the club, they were both extremely serious. Even with that haircut, he was extremely serious. Great stuff.

 

Now keep in mind, I thought the Cube movies were extremely mediocre at best, but I didn't mind them...I actually enjoy quite a diverse amount of movies however this was one I just used the fast forward button a lot in. The ending was alright but overall I thought this was one of the worst movies I've ever seen.

Possibly "sickle" in Videri's words, "porn quality acting without the porn" there are a couple of occasions where there are sex scenes, but instead of being positive qualities they are rushed and you don't see anything. And then the sound cut out half way through when playing it on my dvd player so we just gave up... aparently it worked on his, but I wasn't inspired by the first half to see it through.

We did get it for a pound from the supermarket though...

Dude Really?! I thought "The Ruins" was actually a pretty decent movie considering what it was...

 

It was tooo predictable. And the storyline could have been way better. It seems like they rushed making it.

 

Don't know that it was the worst movie, but it was the worst I ever paid to see..."Tomb Raider" I love Angelina Jolie, but what a pitiful waste of time and money.

 

Truth...I guess, going into any movie you think you are about to hate, might make your opinion a bit different after its over...I remember thinking I was going to hate it, so I thought the story was decent and I actually quite enjoyed the ending. Meh, overall I still give it a 5. lol
