  2. Hello,

    You can now get verified on forum.

    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

    Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

    You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

    The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

    Best regards,

    StanleyOG.

    I was told here in General Discussion that Internet Explorer was not secure, so I should install Mozilla Firefox. I did. Unfortunately, on Mozilla Firefox, if I click on a link, I cannot get my previous page back, so I need to log back into XNXX. Is it dangerous to use Internet Explorer if I do not submit any personal information?

    I'm not sure I understand the problem you're having with Firefox. If I click on a link, it creates another tab at the top...and all I have to do is cancel (delete) that tab to return to where I was before. Maybe this is a settings issue.

    Hmm... from what it sounds, as kimiko said, maybe you're opening links in new tabs or windows. If you do that, you can't go back, but your original page is still there on another tab...

    But I dunno what your problem is for sure, it all works for me...

    As for Xnxx, I always remain logged in, then when I get off the net, I just tell it to log out. That way if I accidentally close FF or navigate away from the page, I don't have to type it all in again... But that's just me...

    I have always had Internet Explorer with no problems whatsoever, Firefox sucks if you ask me, the bells and whistles are nonexistent.

    That's the same way it works for me, except I usually leave the other tab open also and use it for another browser. That way I can post on the forum, put my well numbers in, surf the net and watch porn all at the same time.

    I like multi tasking to the point of orgasm.:)

    IE is less secure than FF, because IE links directly into the heart of your operating system, (Windows), and because they use Active X add ons which can easily be used to do all kinds of unpleasant things to your machine.

    FF on the other hand does not use Active X controls, and isn't linked into Windows. So by default it's better protected against attacks. (That doesn't make it invulnerable... just more secure) :)

    If you doubt me about that, try finding an inbuilt uninstall option for IE. Won't happen because IE is tied into the operating system. Remove it without knowing what you're doing, and Windows becomes unstable. :rolleyes:

    Why is it, whenever I read one of your posts, I find myself automatically reversing everything you say in it, in order to hear what the actual truth is? You're like a warped mirror of actual reality...

    So, running it through the reversal translator, it should read like this;

    I have always used Internet Explorer and it sucks if you ask me. The bells and whistles are non-existent. Firefox has no problems whatsoever.

    Which is reasonably accurate. Aside from the thousands of add ons Firefox has to play around with, (such as ad blockers), it's faster, superior in just about every respect, and best of all, it isn't the target of every criminal on the planet to take it over, and access your PC though it!

    DL, if you're having problems understanding how Tabs work, they're the little things that appear top of screen, beneath your toolbars, saying things like this;

    [XNXX Adult forum - Powered by...]

    Simply click on these to "jump" from one page to another. Easy as that!

    However, if you prefer opening windows to using tabs, try this;

    Go to the top of the page, and click on "Tools"

    From there, click "options"

    You should see a number of headings like "Main" "Tabs" "Content" etc.

    Click on "Tabs".

    Look for the option that says "new pages should be opened in (o) A new window (o) A new tab.

    Change it to "A new window".

    Click "Okay".

    You're done. Now, every time you open a new page, Firefox will open a new window.

    Any other FF problems, just leave me a message here.

    Bye for now - Fluffy McNoo. :)

    Have used FF for a couple of years now, seems great to me. I use a couple of add-ons....No Script and Download Statusbar. They're pretty good too.

    Hark, Hark, the dogs do bark!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I found the easiest way is go to the History selection at the top, open it, and just click on the next to last or whatever rank it is that you want to go to, fastest way I have found yet.

    I use the AdBlocker addon and the Foxmarks sychronization addon since I run multiple computers. It always keeps my bookmarks and passwords up to date on all the computers. And I can block those damnable yahoo mail ads.

    I am strongly considering abandoning yahoo for several reasons. I have multiple emails for good reasons. I can't use a link to go from one to another. You have to log out one, log in another, this gets tiresome checking for emails for commercial and personal uses. They have also started logging out your email while you are logged in and you have to wait for them to refresh it if you leave for a minute and come back. That is a USE KILLER annoyance, and they just started it.

    So I am pretty sure I will abandon yahoo soon for something not so annoying and timeconsuming to switch. Any suggestions? I use to use lycos but they screwed it up too. Cox is not that great either.

    I'm not twisting it. I'm straightening it. See, look how much better your back is. ;)

    Then again... am I saying the opposite of what I mean? Or not?

    The only thing that IE should be used for is to download FireFox with.
