TOP TEN

I will announce the winner of the tournament tonight. I will also announce our "Top Ten" favorites, based upon the voting in the tournament. However, there are several competitors who are essentially tied. If you would care to help me break those ties, please do two things:

1. Rank the following in your order of preference: Lexi Belle, Sasha Grey, Tory Lane and Taylor Rain.

2. Rank the following in your order of preference: Gianna Michaels, Amy Reid, Aria and Briana Banks.

These "tie-breaker" votes are probably making it worse. They are really showing how close it is between a few of these girls.

IN 10TH PLACE

It seemed like it was basically a tie before after the tournament, and after the tie-breaker votes--it's literally tied.

Amy Reid, a #3 seed in her regional to start the tourney, beat Kacey Jordan, then smoked a personal favorite of mine, Judy Star, then squeaked out a one-vote victory over Aria to reach the Elite Eight. However, there, Amy got knocked off by the surging new star, Lexi Belle. All in all, a very good showing by Amy Reid.

Gianna Michaels was also a #3 seed in her regional to start the tourney. Gianna beat the popular Jesse Jane without any problem, and took care of suirt-queen Cytheria in similar fashion. unfortunately for Gianna,however, she then ran into Taylor Rain, who was clearly a popular pick in the tourney. Absent running into one of the tournament's top girls, who knows how far Gianna could have gone?

9TH PLACE

Belladonna, a #1 seed for her regional and my personal top choice, stormed through the first three rounds, simply obliterating one-name wonders Venus and Chloe before destroying Anastasia blue in the Slutty Sixteen. In three rounds, her competitors scored a total of three votes against her. She was mowing through the competition like no other in the field. Then she met Teagan. In what I consider one of the two biggest upsets in the tourney (the other being Annette Schwarz losing to Lisa Marie in the 1st round), Teagan pulled off a close victory.

8TH PLACE

Briana Banks, the #2 seed in her regional, had two matches decided by a single vote. The first
was in the first round against Christine Alexis, which she won. This has to bode well for newcomer
Christine. Perhaps we should be watching for her next year's tourney? Briana then had a
needed breather against Missy Stone (Briana won handily) before going up against Teagan
Presley in the Slutty Sixteen. It was a back-and-forth battle all the way, which Teagan won
by the aforementioned single vote. Because Briana lost to Teagan in a closer match than
did Bella, the nod goes to Briana for 8th place.

Next year, for sure. Even though i do not recall anyone suggesting her before we picked the list, I still wish I would have included her this year. No way she goes "all the way," though. Elite Eight would be an outstanding showing for her.

 

7TH PLACE

Teagan Presley, for me, is the surprise of the tournament. Never in a million years would
I have guessed that she would beat Briana Banks and Belladonna. But she did. Teagan, the
#3 seed for her regional, had relatively close matches throughout the tournament, but
kept finding a way to win--beating Aubrey Addams, then Felix Vicious, then Briana Banks
(by a single vote), then Belladonna--until she met Bree Olson. However it's a Fuckable Four
finish for Teagan, and despite my confusion over her popularity, she definitely belongs
here. As will be shown in the following posts, however, she can't be placed higher than 7th.

Places 3rd through 6th could basically just be called a 4-way tie for third, for reasons
that I will state below. However, that seems lame, so here goes . . .

6TH PLACE

# 4 seed Lexi Belle, for me, is another surprise in the tournament, and definitely "in a good way."
If I had any doubt about Lexi before, I don't now. That chick is hot--and just getting hotter
by the day. If you think she's just a "teenie" who's had her day, check out the second photo
below. Nope, this chick is a keeper for sure. First, Lexi beat another young beauty, Alexis
Love, in a close match in the first round. However, Lexi really showed her stuff in the next
rounds. Lexi stomped Charlotte Stokely in the second round and then pulled the biggest
upset, for many, of the entire tourney--she beat Sasha Grey. Lexi then beat Amy Reid
to make it to the Fuckable Four.

It is quite reasonable to ask how a chick who beat Sasha Grey and made it to the Fuckable
Four could be ranked just 6th. However, it was essentially impossible to rank Lexi Belle,
Sasha Grey, Taylor Rain and Tory Lane based upon the tourney results alone. Lexi beat
Sasha by a single vote, and there were at least a couple of new voters who would have
voted for Sasha, so that's basically a tie. Plus, both Lexi and Taylor lost to finalist Jenna
Haze by the exact same percentage margin. Finally, Tory Lane lost to eventual finalist Bree
Olson by just a single vote. So, who goes where? That's why I held a quick tie-breaker vote
among those four, for some guidance. Lexi finished fourth among that group.

Lexi could definitely have finished 2nd or third, too, so watch for her next year.

5TH PLACE

Sasha Grey was the first #1 seed to "go down"--ironically, to the person just below her in
these rankings, Lexi Belle. However, as I said before, these two were essentially tied in
their match, and Sasha received several more votes in the tie-breaker. One thing is for
sure, though--Sasha's fans are big fans of hers. She has quite the ardent fan base.
Indeed, a few late-comer voters to the tournament expressed frustration that they couldn't
vote for Sasha.

Before meeting Lexi in the Slutty Sixteen, Sasha beat Lorelei Lee (not a blowout), then the
super-hot Shawna Lenee in a one-sided affair.

I, for one, know one thing for sure--you can't go wrong with Lexi or Sasha.

4TH PLACE

Tory Lane, a #3 seed in her regional, made a very strong showing in the tournament. First,
Tory beat Kelly Wells (Kelly might actually like being beaten:satisfied, then literally skunked
Sandra Romain to set up a showdown with porn's reigning queen, Jenna Jameson.
However, it was more of a shovedown than a showdown. It was never close. Tory
beat Jenna (Jameson) by more than a 2:1 margin. Then, in a match rivaling the
Lexi-Sasha showdown in the other bracket, Tory lost to eventual finalist Bree Olson
by a single vote (the fourth such single vote victory in the tournament, by the way!).

Tory finished 2nd in the late tie-breaker to earn the 4th place spot.

3RD PLACE

Taylor Rain, a #2 seed in her regional, was most likely kept from at least a Fuckable Four
finish by virtue of being in the same regional as Jenna Haze. If I could do it over again,
I would have given Taylor the last #1 seed, instead of Bella, or at least given her a #2 seed
in a region other than Jenna and Bree. Oh, well. Hindsight.

Anyway, Taylor easily defeated Tera Patrick in the first round, then demolished
Jenna Presley in the second round to set up what looked like a great Slutty Sixteen
matchup with Gianna Michaels. However, Taylor dominated, winning by an almost 2:1 margin.
Taylor could not get past Jenna Haze,though, so her tournament ended in the Elite Eight.
However, she won the tie-breaker between her, Tory, Sasha and Lexi, earning her this #3 slot.
Indeed, among the #3 through #6 slots, this is the one that's the most clear, I think.
