How about simply no ambiguous thread titles. So no "please rate this", only "please rate my penis", or "please rate my tits". Doesn't discriminate.

 

• Get a piece of A4 paper.

• Cut a circle out of the middle of it, about 1cm radius.

• Just as you click the thread, any thread, cover the monitor with the paper leaving the circle in the middle.

• Look through the circle and think of what you see, if you detect traces of cock you can quickly close the thread.
