hmm... there are differant ways in which porn is arousing:
seeing people's naughty places: ie just watching the act of sex and seeing dicks/pussies/cum or w/e... kinda arousing, but most of the time my imagination is a far more enjoyable place
fulfilling a fantasy: where the turn on is seeing them do something you find particularly hot
living the experience: good porn is porn where you can imagine yourself doing it.
the first is easy to achieve, the last two are where i think it tends to go wrong. Because most porn is so obviously fake, I can't 'get into it' at all. I never watch with the sound on, because that just ruins it. i dub it in my imagination. there is some porn, mostly erotica methinks, that's done really nicely, looks hot as fuck, and participants look like they're really enjoying it. Unfortunately this all tends to be softcore. WHY can't the erotica people do the hardcore kinky stuff??
