First off I don't want to hear anything about infidelity or cheating. This is merely a question of physical reactions I notice. Sounds to me like the normal physical reactions of two healthy, normal, heterosexual people in close proximity. She knows you well enough to know you're not inherently dangerous, and she is physically attracted to you. Your body is obviously responding in kind. So yes, there is a hormonal drive in each of your nether regions that considers the other to be a potential mating partner. That's all. Anything beyond that gets into the societal and relationship issues you don't want to discuss, but which you must consider if you are any kind of a gentleman.
