My mother had her periods for 5 months while she was pregnant. The only sure way to know is to get a test, and even that is only about 98-99% if used properly.

 

Sometimes theres just new things going on in life and your hormones can change drastically. I went through a period of about a week when I was so depressed the thought of sex made me want to cry. Now I'm back to my normal begging-master-for-sex self. Is there more stress in your life or changes in the relationship? Maybe just let her know how much you love her. Take her out dancing or to a movie and cuddle up close. Affection in public makes a girl feel really special.

I have to completely sympathize. I don't know if this is an issue or not, but my fiance has been on the pill since before we met, but when she changed brands about a year and a half ago, the sex drive just fizzled. Down to nothing. From what I know, that seems to be uncommon, but definitely not unheard-of. Sometimes, depending on the hormonal balance, the desire shifts. I've known women on one brand or type or manufacturer who are horny as ever, or even more so. And then I know women, like my girl, who take different pills and have their sex drive crash. It's not even a lack of attraction, we both know that. It's hormones.

I'm with the hormone folk. My wife was on the nuva-ring birth control for a while, and her sex drive went through the floor.

Just talk to her about it, ask her to talk to her doctor about trying a new birth control or checking her hormone levels. If there is still love on her end, just a lack of horniness, don't be too quick to hit eject.
