Ok so the other night went over to my friends house we could say we're ahh fuck buddies. any way i forgot to bring my usual condoms but luckily enough her roommate had one. i usally use durex but this one was trojan so any way did the business great night and went home. woke up in the morning and noticed the tip of my penis was roaring red like it was sun burnt and so did the under side of my penis. i didn't take too much notice. the next day it got a bit sore so i got a bit concerned so i didn't have sex again. then this morning i woke up with the ole morning wood and now it appears as if it's peeling like it got sun burnt. seriously freaking out so any advice please help!!!

could it be the different condoms? because ive searched the internet as much as i can and maybe its the spermicide in the trojan as opposed to durex. this most have happened to some one else!!

 

I've had a peeling penis before. It was probably just too much friction. It will fall off and all be cool again. Was it non-lubricated?

 

It's not latex . it is gonna be a lube or spermicide. once the top layer of skin comes off you will stay pinked up for another few days then it will fade away.

I'd still keep an eye on it, considering it's only been a couple days. I'm pretty sure it's NOT an STD, it does sound like either an allergy or some kind of friction burn...but it's always good to keep an eye out for a couple of days.

Seriously though to the OP its only 60Euros ffs get yourself to a doctor. I know its embarassing, but it will be far less embarassing geting it sorted then it will be telling people you cant have sex with them because you penis doesnt work anymore because you were too scared to get checked out!
In all honesty it is probably nothing. I would guess it is just an alergic reaction to what was in the condom. But seriously better safe than sorry, get it checked out so you know for sure. People on here are not doctors, and just because some of the symptoms are the same it doesnt mean what someone else had is the same as what you have. The only way you can know is by seeing someone who actually knows what they are talking about instead of someone on the internet taking a guess! Its you penis, do you really want to risk it on something that someone on the net who you have never met sais?

You may well have a case of balanitis. Its easily sorted either by a broad spectrum anitbiotic or antihistamine. Though I would highly recommend you consult your GP to have the cause diagnosed and thus the correct presription issued. It should clear up in a couple of days once you submit to a course of medicine.

Balanitis is fairly common, especially in uncircumsised men.

 

Sorry, should have also said that its not an STI. If you're hygienic and wash regular, this can be caused by the spermicide in a condom. This will be something your GP sees on a very regular basis, so no need to feel embarrassed.
