I don't think I've been realizing this till recently. The head of my penis has been getting extremely numb recently, so numb that sometimes when I'm hard, I won't feel it at all (smack somebody, hit a wall). Also there were a few occasions where I was getting head and the whole time... I could not feel much, in fact I couldn't nut at all, so she gave up =(. Maybe the shaft was numb as well, I'm not sure, but the head definitely was.

When you masturbate, do you ever use a vibrator? If so, give it a rest.

Here's why I ask...I knew someone who had a similar problem, noticed they were losing sensitivity, having trouble coming. So when they would
