In all honesty the best thing the kid could probably do is have a conversation about it with his sister. He could explain how horny he is, being 18 and all, and that he has fantasies about his sister among other things. Whether she's down with it or not, it's probably best that she knows about it.

I´ve never had the desire to sleep with either my sister or my mother, so my input is totally from the outside looking in.
