One more thing I learned from a real female to male I know, they have to have major surgery on the chest, not only removing the breasts but reforming the chest into a male configuration bonewise. If you look close you can see some faint scars on these two.

Neither one of them had a penis originally or now. But the large clit is a result of testosterone hormones they took to reshape to male.

That wuld be interesting. Guess we wont see it though. none of the girls or guys in my tg group seem to be interested in dating each other, but do go out to eat or dance sometimes in pairs or groups. Most of them already have partners.

The one you call Fred goes by the name of Chance Ryder. He was on one of the Bi and Beyond tapes (6?) (that series is mostly fake hermaphrodites). Possibly he was born intersexed, perhaps with one ovary and one testis, or two ovitestes, or has an unusual genotype like XXY. Male and female are really not the only possibilities.

The only way erections can be achieved is with the pump type implant.

The neo-penis skin is made from a cylinder grown on the arm for that purpose. The veins will never look right on the neo-penis. They can never achieve orgasm with it.

Some of us have orchidectomy, which is removal of the testicles, also known as castration. But the hormones do a fairly good job of chemical castration. Pretty much ending our male sex life.
