Alright, I've openly admitted on this site that I am a sober addict at this point. But I'm curious about something ...

I know a young girl who is 18 and has been arrested for an array of things including solicitation, possession, and hitting a cop. Well she just turned 18 to be honest and I recently heard that she was arrested and tied down to a bed in the mental ward for being under the influence. She was on heroine and embalming fluid. WTF ... I said, why the hell would someone want to injest embalming fluid. Not only that, she had swalled several balloons with heroine. This is why she was tied to the bed, the authorities wanted her to pass the contents of what she swalled.

I did some research on embalming fluid and come to find out it has the same effects as PCP did back in the day.

Anyways, has anyone ever used embalming fluid as a method to get high and what drove you to such a chemical? The addiction I understand but embalming fluid???

 

I've never used embalming fluid as a drug, I can't even figure out how someone would take the step to use it.

I guess it's like smoking or sniffing glue. Except that embalming fluid is just a bit further removed. If you heard someone say, that it gives ya kicks, and you are really in it for the kicks, trying just the next step.

I'm not experienced with addictions to be honest, but that's the only thing I could think of.

 

It just seems like a pretty extreme step, and it seems like a mostly unknown thing I'd be scared as hell I would overdose on it or something crazy. PCP is some crazy stuff and can make you do crazy shit. PCP/ Embalming fluid would not be my first choice when picking a drug, but thats just me.

 

Well, I thought I had done ever drug known to mankind back in my day, but that is a new one for me too.

I drank this Japanese alcohol that had a lizard inside the bottle. That tasted like what I imagine embalming fluid would taste like.

Those Japanese are some crazy motherfuckers.

 

Isn't the whole concept of using drugs to chase the feeling of being high? So if someone said "Drug X will give the same reaction/high as drug Y" wouldn't someone try it? Is it legal to have by the way? That might be another factor deciding if one were to try it or not.

 

Well according to my research on the matter the kids are dipping their joints in the fluid then smoking it. There is a direct impact on the brain which gives it the PCP effect. Also, said that kids are breaking into mortuaries to get the fluid. One instance even spoke of would be robbers broke in and couldn't find the fluid so they stole a finger off a body. To me that is just insane ...

 

How do you decide you're going to steal a finger? I know a bit off topic but seriously at what point do you think to yourself "I can't find the embalming fluid, so I'm going to steal a finger off of that corpse!" What the heck are you going to do with a finger?

There has to be some massive brain damage caused from smoking this stuff. I don't think I wouldn't want to meet someone who smokes it, and I wouldn't want to meet the kid that stole the finger.

 

I have heard of this, but don't understand why the kids today are so overly stimulated. Drug use is becoming more rampant, crime rates are above what they were in previous years. And there are people that want marijuana decriminalised.

Now embalming fluid...it is incomprehensible. When will the necessity for addictions end?
These kids are the same ones that wish to live off of their parents for the rest of their lives. At least try to make something of your youth besides becoming an addict.

i've heard of people using it but haven't tried it myself. i don't know... i wouldn't do it myself, but i'd think someone more pathetic for doing heroin, crack or meth than embalming fluid. i've heard of more stupid things to get high off... aparantly smoking skittles can get you high. as well haha :excited:

and about the finger thing: i think that's so funny... like how fucked up must those kids have been haha :excited: lol'd in real life there

Ya , seriously cannabis legalized? That would be the end of civilization! Every bus driver, airplane pilot and doctor will be addicted and demon weed will rule supreme. What we need to do is throw everybody in jail for the rest of their lives for just thinking about cannabis. That will work, the government said it would. Well the republican government said that so it must be true

I've heard of people who smoke embalming fluid back in my cool-kid drug phase. Hell, most of the pot that I bought in college was probably just oregano or cake lawnmower clippings sprayed with Raid. All I cared about was being cool.

You are just pissed because I made you think about it. Now you are wondering why your dealer refers to "getting high" as "getting ripped" and refers to "pot" as "grass" and tries to boost up the salesmanship when the grass is "Totally free of stems and seeds. Less task, more toke!"

Hell, you probably don't know what good smelling weed is yourself, because you are so sold by the excitement when someone opens their bag to you and "THIS IS THE GOOD SHIT!"

Just an experiment, you can tell someone what the product does and they will psychosomatically feel the effects. I once handed out my anti-psychotics (Which have the polar opposite of getting high chemically.) at party and everybody was so "grooving" on it.
