Don't fight others on their opinions, just give your own, or agree with someone else. What do you want to be changed in America today?

 

This isn't necessarily a major improvement.

but the electoral college should be abolished. Also, a states votes should either be divided proportionally, or give the victor to the winner of a simple majority of the national vote. If no voter has a majority, hold a runoff vote between the two leading contenders within two weeks of the first presidential vote.

 

My current highest priority is a universal health care system. I would also end the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and for a nightcap, I'd like to see Bush and Cheney in jail.

 

End the war on drugs.

 

I agree on both points. We need a single payer National Health System, and we need to stop filling our prisons with drug users. Legalize Marijuana and tax it like tobacco or alcohol. Decriminalize possession or use of hard drugs, but launch a serious campaign against drug labs and drug importers with really heavy penalties for the big shots, but not so much for the "mules."

 

let's round up all of the socialists, liberals and no good anti American trash in this country and just shoot them like the Chinese do, GUILTY! as charged you traitors! or send them to Alaska?

Stop the ignorance. Make our news outlets, all political commentators, all people using public airways and our educational system tell the truth.

Here's an example. When someone says that what Obama is proposing for health care reform is socialism they should be required to prove that. If they can't the lie is corrected and they lose their privilege to be on the air.

 

Legalize it. Enough said.

Both, probably...although one could argue that Alaska is the most socialist state in the country. It's certainly the recipient of a lot of government largesse.
