In about another year or so will be fixed so we can't have any more kids. My wife wants me to have a vasectomy but will have her tubes tied if I don't have it done. My fear for me is that it will in some way change the way it feels when I cum and I really don't want that to happen. No change what-so-ever performance wise. Was able to try it out the next day with minimal discomfort.

I had to set with an icepack on my nuts for about an hour or two after the local wore off. Tylenol was all that was needed.

The only change I have noticed is that my balls do hang lower and for about a week I had this "mule balls" feeling. That didn't take long to get used to. THey also don't suck up as quickly as they did when cold, less things pulling up on them.

To be honest downwind he was a GP and i was hugely impressed with his skill. The tiny slits he made only bled on one side and then only slightly. I believe the week or so I abstained was on medical advice, not pain!

But, having said that you had your vas deferens cut, cauterised and stitched and sperm being rerouted to dissipate elsewhere and you fucked that same afternoon with no pain?????

What this poster said, but does not have to be done in-patient. Women can have this done on an outpatient basis but it does require general anesthesia. When you compare the risks of you having this done in your Dr's office compared to your wife having to either go to a hospital or a surgery center and having to receive general anesthesia, it's a no brainer.

It's less expensive for a man, less painful, and lower risk. Man up and get it done. Had mine done a few years ago and the wife and I are loving it ever since.

I had mine done 15 years ago and I can tell you that it did not feel ant different and when we had sex I would come a lot more and more often. My wife loved it because she didn't have to worry about getting pregnant so it was off to the wall:satisfied:

 

Have the procedure but listen to the doctor about using contraception after it is done. It takes a couple-three months for the active sperm to completely leave the system. It does not affect performance or sensation at all and the procedure is done on an out-patient basis, rather than the more complicated procedure for the woman. Don't be an ass and force your wife to have her uterus surgically altered. The vasectomy is a simple procedure and you will be happier for it. Just make sure you are both prepared to not have any more kids.

 

I guess my min cause for concern is that I have an enlarged vein on my right testicle that causes me a lot pain as it is now when things get backed up and some times when they don't get backed up it hurts. I just don't want to make the pain worse or more often.
