Why do you evade the facts?

All veterans are eligible under the rules, some must pay a deductible, perhaps they don't want to spend that money. Why they do not take advantage of the program is their decision.

However, the VA health system has come under so many attacks due to poor performance, maybe they are afraid to use that system.

 

I don't know how to read the charts you linked to -- they don't provide enough information by themselves. But it appears to me that there are income threshholds, and if you are, as the article states, among the "working poor", and are above the income threshholds, you are not eligible for VA benefits unless you were a POW or injured in combat.

I can't imagine what would motivate Harvard researchers to lie.

 

It sure is, and the amount of money that I am paying for my insurance is still alot cheaper than your universal health insurance.
