A friend of mine supports Chelsea and is going because he applied for tickets because he was so sure that they'd get to the final. He was thinking of selling them but decided as it's probably the only chance he'll ever get to go to the final he may aswell go. I've already warned him that I'm going to make him stay out all night when we win.

 

History favours both teams. United first won in 1968 at Wembley. Barcelona first won in 1992 at Wembley. United have won it three times. Barcelona have won it three times but I reckon United will have a lot more fans there and we're also more use to the Wembley pitch than Barca and it's in England so technically we'll have the home advantage. Bothhave also just won their respective domestic leagues. Of course none of this actually matters.

 

You just not been introduced to the king of sports properly. Put your best posh frock on and we will take a picnic and watch the game from the deep point boundary.

If the game gets tedious, as it sometimes can, we can sneak into the bushes for a bit of al fresco. You can't do that at the football.

How good was that seeing united taught a lesson? I was amazed that some of the twats I was talking too after thought Fergie had the wrong tactics. No he didnt, as he admitted himself United were outclassed.

So do I but he's correct about Owen making a lonely bench happy. Owen played 11 premier league games last season and he only started 1 of those. Not to bench mention the fact that he's a pile of shite. I remember when he first signed for United I was really happy just to hear all the scousers whining and then I remembered that Owen isn't very good. Now I wonder why the scousers can't take him back.

 

I guess he signed just for the wages, he must of known he would not play many matches.

Correct me if im wrong but he bagged a couple of important goals for united this season, I think its a good fit for united and him.

 

Well I would have liked to have seen him at Blues even if he just played half a match a week, he would have gotten us two important goals and we would have not dropped into the Championship again, probably.
