Honestly, I'd feel like I was taken advantage of. I've had all kinds of numbing methods done on me whenever I see a dentist and if I allowed anything I'd be pretty pissed off after.

There are other ways to make someone more at ease. My most recent dentist numbs me, leaves for awhile, comes back and just talks to me for like 10 minutes. He knows how uncomfortable I am with dentists and if I'm still nervous he gives me a few minutes. (His assistants on the other hand are all awful and don't seem to know what they're doing ).

I just really think it's a bad idea. You're asking for a sexual assault charge.

Okay, first off, you work at a government clinic, that means you have to go through a more strict guidelines to be hired.

Second, do you even know the actions you are doing can be filed as a lawsuit against you for battery? Here you might want to read up.

It is different from an Assault, which means putting you in fear of imminent injury. Angry words do not constitute an assault, unless you have good reason to fear that violence is about to follow. It is important to remember the difference when you are thinking about whether you have a valid complaint for lack of consent.

 

Is Casanova some kind of legal expert? Maybe I should tell him about some legal problems I've been having... Sure would be nice to have an advocate.
