Infact,i encourage that,and i also didnt say that 14yr olds arent interested in sex. IM FULLY AWARE TEENAGERS HAVE SEXUAL DESIRES. IM 18,I CLEARLY REMEMBER HOW I WAS A COUPLE YEARS AGO. There is nothing wrong with sexual growth and acceptance,but im talking about this "jailbait" obsession.
I didnt say wait,until the child is of legal age.. because "they dont have sexual desires and they dont have mature body parts".. WTF at that comment? I said wait..because its probably against the law in most areas,and what the fuck is the big deal with waiting a couple years? Why is it so urgent to fuck the kid now? Find someone your own age? If the "kid/teen" is so special,cant you wait for them? Its sex,and if you want sex with someone,because of the simple fact they're "jailbait",thats pretty fucked up.
Just because teenagers have sexual thoughts and feelings,and are developing,doesnt mean you should throw them to the "wolves",that seem to be waiting for them,around every corner. Children..younger and younger are being pressured into having sex. Not because they are "Ready" but because its "cool" and "everyones doing it". So i guess we should just.. hand em condoms and say..go for it?

 

when i was 23 and my wife 16 we did not consider the age of consent laws. She wanted me to between her legs and I was all for it. If you ask me the age of consent in the us should be 16. If you asked my wife today if she was too young for me to be naked and between her legs at 16 she probably would have said she wanted sex with me even at 15

i mean girls under the age of 18 are not smart. They may want sex and but they are still immatured.

It is a adults duty to be responsible and as being responsible you should never have sex with a minor even if it's in the dark.

Think of what her parents might think. If i was a dad and my son or doughter was fooling around with an adult i'd feel bad. You also have to realize that humans under the age of 18 don't know any better about sex or lust. There un trained. And again i would never have sex with a minor. And you should not too.

Using lust for selfish reasons is not being smart. And being smart is what i like to be 8 D

The thing is,
when i was a freshman in high school, my best friend only a few months older than i had a relationship with a senior. the way i see it, if they are both in high school together, whats the issue? i don't know if they ever had sex, we had a falling out & i stopped talking to her. I do know that her parents were suspicious & sheltered her for it.

I think as long as it is consensual, & if there was an actual relationship involved it should be okay.

But it's not just older guys going after younger girls...
Last year i because friends with a freshman at my school who was very mature for his age. all of his friends, even his best friends are 19. i didn't know he was 15, but once i found out i set up some limits. i've met his mom, i know she knows how old i am, so i just wont go that far. he's just as mature as i am, if not more. I just turned 18, he is on the verge of turning 16, i'll just wait until then.

but here again is the case by case situation. i'm sure somewhere, someone is in the same situation with me, but with a 15 year old who isn't ready.

i think if a minor is IMMATURE ENOUGH to lie about their age & then prosecute they are NOT MATURE enough for sex.

And if an 18+ person has sex with a minor that is consensual, and doesn't prosecute then obviously they've reached sexual maturity & they're ready.

We have to consider that we all reach puberty at varied ages, and we all mature at different ages. The government should take that into consideration.

Well in NSW Australia the legal age for sex is 16, But i still think that women younger than that should be able to make their desicions on who they want to have sex with, i know i didnt wait and i lied about my age to get what i wanted.

 

whem I was 16 i had sex with a 27yo woman,and nothing happened; but not many guys are gonna press charges if their getting some.

 

My wife would tell me about her friends from high school who would enjoy screwing much older guys. Even at 15 they were sleeping with men who were in the 20's, 30's and one guy was even 40. None of them found guys their age any good in bed and even at 15 enjoyed periods of extreme sex with a man who knew how to make them cum continuously. My wife was 16 and I 23 when we met and began screwing. She admitted to me that my age was a turn on for her and saw older guys as being far more loving and much more prone to intimacy. I am not saying that its right for older men to fuck teen’s girls but girls at that age girls are not all that innocent. They do want sex and often are the one to cross the age of consent line first. To this day the still look back on ther adventures they would never regreat. For them it helped them build up their confidence with men.

 

I fully believe in the age of consent laws. People that are younger are less mature. They lack experience and knowledge that could keep them out of trouble. At 16 none of us knew exactly how to live our lives. The same goes for sex. An older person can easily take advantage of a younger person.

I'm nineteen and I don not sleep with anyone under the aoc. I have plenty of oppurtunities when I go home over the summer, but why would I do that to a 16 year old. Even if they are attractive they are not mature enough to make their own decisions fully. I recently had it out with someone my own age because he thought it would be halirous to post picture of a 16 yearold over myspace.

If you need to fuck a 15 or 16 year old you're a looser who can't get women your own age. Maybe your balls never dropped, or perhaps you aren't smart, charming, wealthy, or even succesful enough to get a real women.

If you are legally still under your parents, then the aoc law stands in my book. so unless their 18 then no go.

 

But as I said kinda before in this thread: What if you're 17 dating a 15 or 16 year old? Then you turn 18, in other words, two kids in high school going out. Should you automatically break up because you're over 18 and they are not?

See, that's the problem I have with aoc laws. I don't see how, if you're 18+, it's not okay to to have sex with someone under the aoc by just a day or a week, yet as soon as they become the aoc, it's perfectly fine. I doubt any change in personality, maturity, or anything else would change in under 24 hours.

 

The AoC laws have nothing whatsoever to do with whether or not you live with your parents. In most states, the AoC is 16, and at that age you can have sex with anyone you choose, regardless of what your parents have to say about it. The laws decide what the AoC is - not you, not your parents.

 

Well, I am torn. Part of me thinks the law needs to be laxed a little. Often a 16 or 17 year old has enough responsibility... or should to know to use safe sex. The other part of me thinks it needs to be stricter, I graduated with 18 year olds who had no idea on how they got pregnant. One when it was explained to her said, "Oh, it could be one of 16 guys... not my boyfriend's though, we haven't done that yet."

 

We could almost make a case for involuntary sterilization with that statement!! Not you, my Goddes, those other 18-yr-olds that were clueless!!

 

What about the 30-year olds that are similarly inclined? Some of them are as dense as rocks, too. Should we set the AoC above 30 because of that as well? We shouldn't set the AoC based on the lowest common denominator.

 

That's why I said I was torn because if 18 year old (or older) can be so stupid, then lowering the age may or may not be a great idea.

 

I know that. I was stating the fact that most states consider you a child till 18, or not a legal adult till 18. You cannot vote till 18. It isn't about parents I remember when my parents found out I was having sex, they were livid. Yes the laws decide the aoc, but this is an opinion thread. It is about of all things opinions, and I gave you mine. This thread would not logically exist if it were about legally changing the aoc law and the steps to do so. That kind of thread would already have a stated purpose as far as the aoc law is concerned. This thread is about what we think.

 

When I was 19(guy then) and a 13yr old who was enamored of me let it be know she wanted to go to bed with me, I did it was the beginning of a 4 year great relationship, and I wanted to marry her eventually, but at 16 she decided she wanted to be with someone else, and left me cold. I never penetrated her but we had oral sex once or more a week.


Her mother had no disapproval of us. I bought most of the clothes she wore.

Before that also when I was 18 I fell in love with a 15yr old, and our sexual relationship lasted for a year. Then she went out with one of my friends and eventually married one of my best friends. We are still friends and in touch 54 years later. When she dropped me it hurt terribly. We still say we love each other.

Both me and the girls knew of the aoc laws and chose to ignore them.
