Where I am from having sexual contact with a minor 13 years or younger is considered and charged as rape, the same as forcible rape. Even if the parents know and condone it. The parents would also be charged with neglect, or contributing. From 14 to 17 it is charged as statutory rape or a similar sex offender charge, regardless of parental approval. If you break up, or make the parents mad they can file a complaint and you will spend the rest of your life on the registered sex offender list. It's not fair maybe but it can happen.
