A 5 year difference doesn't really matter when your older, but she's 13 man. At that age she is going to be doing a lot of growing up. She will be almost a completely different person when she turns 18.

I don't think it's the age difference that is the problem, so much as her age alone. Although I believe that it is possible for people under the age of consent to be able to make their own choices many aren't and the laws are there to protect them, she may be keen now but if she cares about you enough for this to be worth while then she wont want to see you get into trouble over your relationship, but remember, even when the body is fully developed, the mind changes alot between 13 and 18. You might find that in a few years something that seemed fine to her now may come back to cause you problems.

I would advise that you take a big step back and look at your relationship, if you decide that it is something you want to continue with, may I suggest that you take a big step backwards and take great care over what you do until she is older. If it is worth while, it will still be there in a few years time and your relationship will be all the stronger when you move things forward.
