Ok, quick recap. I was home for Xmas break and im 99.9% positive that my little brother (im 21, he is 15) is stealing my underwear. I leave some of my older clothes at home when i went away to school and they have stayed in my dresser until i got home this year. all of my old panties were missing. while home, i notice that 3 pairs went missing from my dirty clothes bin. my dad is rarely around (hates my mom, workaholic) so it isnt him. what is lil bro doing with these? jackin it (gross)? wearing them (weird)? showing his friends (really wierd)? really not sure what to do...confront him about it, or let things go?

 

if u want them back u should confront him if not probably just let it go otherwise u might be in for a conversation u dont wanna hear

Had it been just a pair or two, I'd've said 'let it go' - but as it seems to be quite a few, then either start taking precautions to ensure that he can't get to them, or simply march up to his door and say "I don't care why you're doing it, but I want to see my missing underwear in my laundry bin within the hour. I'm going to the shops; I'll be back in an hour."

 

yeah, hes kindof a moron in general. i just dont get what his deal is, and does he think i wouldnt notice!?!?!?! there were probably 10-15 old pairs in my drawer and when i noticed that i paid more attention to the dirty bin. and one went missing every other day. im back at school now so im not sure if/when i can discuss this with him. ugh, just wierded/grossed out over this.

Stop over-thinking this. He's young, he's horny, you're a girl. This doesn't mean he's an incestuous weirdo, it just means he's horny. He's also going to be curious about girls' bodies; you, being the closest female to him of comparable age, represent a 'safe' avenue for finding out a little more.

Thanks for your replies orion - they are helping. But i cant get rid of the nagging feelings i have about this. should i confront him or not?

And i think i read somewhere that only 1 in 5 crossdressers are gay, which is releiving for me if this is the case here (not that i have anything against it, just would cause a family shitstorm!).

Just take him to one side and tell him you're on to him and if any more of your underwear goes missing, you'll tell your parents (or just your mum, it may be a bit weird telling your dad.) He will probably feel guilty for ages and you can then play on this by getting him to do your chores. However if he looks at you all innocent and says he's not stealing your underwear and he's believable, then it's either your dad or even your mum whose stealing them.

it depends in how hot u r!! if u r ugly.. nobody is gonna want them!! on the other hand if u r hot.. someone might actually buy them from him!! one of his sick little friends!! what this indicates is that u r hot or somebody that knows u thinks u r... if he were using them... he'll just put them back (why would he want u to know)..

but if hes taking them and not trying to sneak them back, he may have a problem
i would say to not actually confront him on it
but more leave really blunt hints saying that you know so he might get nervous and stop

 

maybe i just grew up alot different, or something, but i have 2 lil brothers 11 and 9 and if i found them taking my underewear, i really wouldnt care, as long as it wasnt my faves and all, lil boys are lil boys, like none of you have every gone snooping in ur parents porn, or private stuff, snooping is just a regular part of life, now i might be worried if they stole dads underwear, that might be a lil weird, i dunno it really doesnt bother me that either of them would wanna be curious about girls underwear, maybe its just me
