There are good and bad people in all three religions, and in most of the others as well, and though I'm an atheist, I readily admit there are many other atheists I feel go too far. Before that I was raised southern Baptist, and came very close to entering the ministry - I will say that the blatant hypocrisy I saw was a factor in changing my mind. I just couldn't see myself preaching something to others that I no longer believed in myself. I've also spent considerable time over the last 30 years in and out of the middle east, visiting and working in most of the countries there, as well as other countries around the world. What I've noticed, everywhere I've gone, is that the people - not the governments, necessarily, but the people - all want the same things we do, to make a living, raise their families, and be left alone to do it in peace. Governments sometimes go off on a tangent, and terrorist organizations and other extremist groups are an aberration, but the average person on the street just wants the same things we do.
