I think you handled it the best way you could. There really is no right or wrong at this point. Just damage control. I think the best you can hope for is for your friends to keep there mouths shut and not tell everybody what happened. Maybe if you want it to happen again you will wait till everyone leaves but she don't know they left and slip into her room. Just slide into bed with her and see what happens.
