  2. Hello,

You can now get verified on forum.

The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

And the problem with helping the middle class who's been paying the bills and getting ripped off by the wealthiest 5% of this nation would be what prtndr.

Sound like a damn good deal to me and long over due. Your rich buddies just got through ripping of off for eight years.

$4 trillion dollars in corporate welfare to millionaire bankers and stock brokers I think is enough for your guys for awhile. Of course you never here any of you conservatives bitching about that redistribution of wealth were the rich got richer, the poor got poorer, and the middle class slipped into proverty.

Oh god but you can make me laugh. First all you conservatives do is scream cut government programs for everyone but the rich that is. And scream about government waste, and government programs that aren't doing what they are supposed to.

And then when a democratic Administration tries to reorganize priorities and cut government programs and waste you hypocritical fools scream about that too.

Cracks my ass up a tell you.:excited:

Doctors, where the fuck do you get doctors prtndr. This story is about what's probable ONE Tea Bagger with a medical license.:excited:

Wanna bet there sweet cheeks. How come your using the CBS poll instead of your favorite conservative pollsters Rasmussen? I know. Its because President Obama has gained between ten and 12 points in the Rasmussen polls in just the past two weeks since health care reform was passed.:excited:

I'm going to place myself in pretender's shoes for a moment. Pretender is afraid of the health reform act because he has good health care now. If everyone gets health care, Pretender is afraid that his quality of health care will decrease because his company will stop providing insurance and he will be forced to go with public coverage. He also doesn't like the idea of paying for someone else's health care.

How do I know? Well, I work along side many people that thin like Pretender. I am aware of the issues myself. However, I have been on the other side of the coin in adversity to know that not having health and health care is worse than giving a little somthing up for it. If it ever even comes to that. I hope it doesn't.

There is a lot of speculation out there that this reform act will be a flop. I think we have to try it and see what happends. Any time you try somthing new, it's a little on the scary side.

You have to hand it to President Obama. He did something good for America while risking his own political neck.

    Hi Kimiko,

Blue is single payer universal health care.

Green is public universal universal health care through other means.

Light green indicates that the USA is in transition.

    Goodnight,
    Whitey :)

You're exactly right. Those that have the benefit of good health insurance, and aren't directly paying for it themselves, are almost guaranteed to be opposed to reform. The biggest source of "no" votes are senior citizens on Medicare, who have been frightened out of their wits by the right-wing noise machine that Obama is bent on taking it away from them. The rest are people whose employer provides them, and their families, with a good health plan. The opponents practically ooze with an "I've got mine, and if you don't, tough" mentality.

An economics professor at Texas Tech said he had never failed a single student before but had, once, failed an entire class. That class had insisted that socialism worked and that no one would be poor and no one would be rich, a great equalizer. The professor then said, ok we will have an experiment in this class on socialism. All grades would be averaged and everyone would receive the same grade so no one would fail and no one would receive an A.

After the first test the grades were averaged and everyone got a B. The students who studied hard were upset and the students who studied little were happy. But, as the second test rolled around, the students who studied little had studied even less and the ones who studied hard decided they wanted a free ride also, so they didn't study at all... The second test average was a D! No one was happy.

When the 3rd test rolled around the average was an F. The scores never increased as bickering, blame, name calling all resulted in hard feelings and no one would study for the benefit of anyone else. All failed, to their great surprise, and then the professor told them that socialism would also ultimately fail because when the reward is great, the effort to succeed is great....but when government takes all the reward away, no one will ever try or try to succeed.

Could not be explained any simpler than that...+ :)

Yeah, it's simple, all right. Simple-minded.

I could have constructed a similar exercise to demonstrate the joys of capitalism. Allow students to buy and sell their grades. At the end of the exercise, one person, representing 2% of the class, has purchased the only A, and all the rest are doing all the work and receiving D's.

Worst part of "Health Care Reform" is that the ones who currently have access are mean-spirited enough to make it almost impossible for those who currently do not have it, to pay an even higher price to catch up with the rest of the world.

American dinosaurs are against health care reform.

Simple minded? would that be YOU? thought so...the fact is you didn't Kimiko and your glaring response accepting socialism while attacking capitalism is laughable. Seniors are scared and have every right to be, are you kidding? Obama is going to cut their benefits to pay for this oh so wonderful program that two thirds of Americans are flat out against so can you please get an education on anything instead of that sickness that inflicts your whole purpose here called liberalism. Your health is not a right, never has been, nor ever will it be. thank you :)

mmm, Charlie Creamer seems to be a rather unintelligent socialist just like you...go figure. You simply both are fools who seem to be living under some pretense that real Americans who embrace capitalism, not socialism are going to let Washington control our healthcare decisions or mandate anything to us...keep up your manifesto ala carte fraud Kimunista, I seriously can't stop laughing. thank you :excited:

That is a straw man argument if there ever was one. No where is there an economy like that. Even in the Soviet Union under Joseph Stalin and in Communist China under Mao Tse Tung there were different rewards.

Also, the United States should not be compared to distortions of Communist countries, but to other affluent democracies that have universal health care and benefit from it.

Thank you Distant Lover, if you don't like reality go tell Kimiko or Stumbler, they will have no problem seeing your twisted view. Universal healthcare pushed through at all costs, strictly partisan, behind closed doors, special deals for all that have nothing to do with healthcare reform controlled and mandated by politicians??? no thank you. :)

If you did not understand what Max Baucus said I will post it again.

Sen. Max Baucus, D-Mont., chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, said the health care law would address the "maldistribution of income in America."

"Too often, much of late, the last couple three years, the maldistribution of income in America is gone up way too much, the wealthy are getting way, way too wealthy and the middle income class is left behind," Baucus said after the Senate passed a "fix it" bill to make changes to the health care law.

"Wages have not kept up with increased income of the highest income in America," he said. "This legislation will have the effect of addressing that maldistribution of income in America."

Max could not be any more clear on what the real intentions are of Obama and the Democrats who support him, are you kidding, the government seems intent on taking over everything and if you can't see that as un American I simply cannot help you. peace +

What Sen. Max Baucus, D-Mont said is true. Increasingly economic growth
goes to capital rather than labor, and to those with the highest incomes,
rather than to average employees. Those of us who consider this to be a
problem do not advocate that everyone earn an identical income. No one
    is advocating that.

It is rather tiresome for right wing partisans to determine who is a "real American" and who is not.

According to a poll taken January 20-31 by Research 2000 23% of Republicans want their states to secede from the United States and 19% are not sure. My definition of "patriot" excludes those who want to split the United States.

What Max Baucus said is this scam will be the great equalizer and if that is not socialism Distant Lover you are blind. America is a capitalist nation the last time I checked and if you want to be successful in this country you better expect to work for it and simply not expect Washington or others to take care of your needs, that is pathetic. Like I have said earlier the drive for better medicines and technology is simply going to cease under this nonsense, the government has never improved anyones life however much you like to think they do, it always gets worse. If you want good healthcare please go work for it like everyone else. + thank you
