Well all nations that wish for this advancement in our society could join a commonwealth that could threaten any country that was by itself easily. If the other countries that wanted no part of the commonwealth stay out then they refuse trade with a huge part of the world and eventually go into economic downfall. Honestly I don't even know how good of an answer that is though...do you really expect me to just throw out some fix-all solution to forming a world goverment...I mean we can discuss possibilities but there is no way to plan an effective world takeover and government all on my own. I'd have been more comfortable with the whole issue of cost if Congress had gone the single-payer route, frankly. Greater awareness of the differences each country has procured would grow the minds of other nations people than forcing everyone to choose a side. The better financed and technologically advanced country/ies will reach the goal at a speedier pace than those not equipped either financially or technologically.
