I like the new slogan adopted by the Republicans:

"WERE NOT YOUR ATM' addressed to Obama and all the new taxes he wants to impose on the American people.

 

Obama doesn't want to impose new taxes. He just wants to run up the national debt so that after he leaves office the government will have no choice but to impose new taxes (hopefully when there's a Republican in the white house so that the Democrats can complain that it's all the Republicans' fault).

To be fair, the Republicans have done the same thing in the last few decades. I'm still looking for the party of real fiscal conservatism.

I was going to say, where do you suppose they got the idea to do something as cynical and irresponsible as that?

 

Why can't they have a really cool slogan? What the hell is it about politicians - from all sides of the pond - that they can't come up with something catchy? Hmm?

"Vote for them!" for instance; this is a ploy so that people will actually vote for the side that's saying it

Or how about:

"If this is a party, then where's the prostitutes?" Nothing like running your campaign on the truth :laughing:

Then there's:

"Bitter is the devil you know...!" a kind of a slant on an old saying - BUT, which could work in the 'other party's' favour :twisted: <<< ooo how devilish!!

"If you want to act like sheep - flock here and vote US!" oh, erm, that's US as in us and not 'the US'

That's a quality slogan, people will eat that shit up.

Not saying it's right or wrong, just saying it's effective at it's job.

 

I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt also, I think everyone was, I would hope Americans learn from this mistake, maybe? He has acted just like I knew he would spreading the benefits of abomination.
