It makes sense ... nothing but empty calories. Oh, and coffee ... yum.

you work in IT i feel sorry for you, my friend is a computer programmer, he spends most of his time debugging other people's bits of codes seems as though they are incompetent but he can make some very clever programs.

In my quest to lose weight, I have cut out 2/3 meals of the day and significantly reduced my intake on the third meal. Also, I am replacing all liquids with water (except for maybe some female juices...I hope..) and doing some workouts at home after work..Currently, I am just doing situps and pullups, but I am thinking of going jogging in the morning before I go to work too. Is there anything else I can do practically to help shed some of this belly fat and man-tits?
