I think, when it finally is legalized that only bong-use should be permitted and smoking anything at all should be made illegal because that affects other people and that's not okay.

I think (and i am not positive) what is being insinuated is that there is less or no smoke coming from the bong slide... which is untrue. It smolders just as much as a pipe does. If anyone knows, it's me. But it is DEFINITELY better for your own health to use a bong than a bowl or wrap.
