I'm young, though long over due for a second job.
Fast food cashier. For 3 years.
It drives a man INSANE.
Just working there for so long has made me lose faith in humanity.

 

First jobs are often the shitty ones. My first job was great for me, it was at a craft and art supply store. Sounds like you need to get outta there, my friend, and find something more suited to your interests.

I still miss being a medic, it was such a cool profession ... retirement...especially medically induced, sucks the big one.

Plus a multitude of short-term jobs labouring/cleaning/washing-up etc. . . . mostly between jobs and while a student. I've worked in nurseries picking carnations, humped timber in a woodyard, put up marquees, mowed lawns, dug ditches, felled trees, serviced bowling-alleys, and sat drinking wine and chatting in the kitchens of lonely old ladies when I should have been dusting and polishing their antique furniture.

It's been interesting . . . .
