Lots of peeps are fat because they eat two Bic macs, a large fry and Super Sized non diet drink, don't exercise then have the same thing every day for the whole year plus much more.

Honestly, you can eat whatever you want and not be fat. You don't have to stay on a diet in order to be skinny, they're is nothing wrong with packing on an extra ten pounds. Me and my husband will eat those KFC things and some other stuff from KFC without gaining weight because we maintane our weight.
For instance - If I ate a lot of fast food for one day, BK for breafast and pizza for dinner with cookies and chips for lunch, I back down and watch what I eat the next day. I weigh myself the third day and I lost 2 pounds because I watch what i eat. All of this though is drunk with diet drinks which are zero for everything except for sodium with is only 2%.
Even when I cook greasy foods, I scrape off the grease then soak the meat in a paper towel, after I'm through, there's more fatening grease on the napkin more than there is the piece of meat.
We also have a treadmill, so i choose one of the work out programs on the treadmill and in under 30 minutes I have burned off 1,000 calories.
Now imagine how good you would feel if you took 30 mins out of your day for the treadmill and done that every day, you would lose weight and still to eat what you wanted.

These people are just so fucking lazy they don't wanna do jack shit.

Another thing that I've noticed is that all the healthier stuff are more exspenisve. For instance, the 100 calorie hostess cupcakes are something like 4 bucks + tax, but the ones that are 400 calories cost a total of 2 bucks or less.

To me that's just disgusting. If anyone knows of 4chan, some guys post some messed up food on there. One time this guy showed a bacon sub, it was literally a bacon wrap around sausage and rolled up pancakes with syrup on it...
