Had the Vita for over 5 months now and still no PSOne support? WTB Final Fantasy VI on the go!

 

I used to play Pong and Pacman. I don't play any video games now.

 

I should warn you, if you like old games you may go broke on that site, they have a passion for them and offer some really cool extras with most of the games as well.

 

I went through my garage and got rid of all my old stuff a few years back, made enough in trade to pick up some stuff for my 360. I now have the Atari Flashback and a cool Commodore 64-in-a-joystick unit that let me relive my youth for brief periods if needed. I picked up a couple of compilations discs years back, Atari 80 Classic Games in One and The Activision Anthology and those plus the Stelladaptor that lets me plug an original 2600 joystick into USB have given me old school goodness on my PC.

 

Has anyone here played Nimbus?

It's the current Steam Daily Deal. Looks quite enjoyable.

 

I could get rid of some of it but my grandpa and dad left me very VERY well off when they died so I have no need to get rid of it except to clean up the house.

 

How is it?

 

I never really understood the hype surrounding San Andreas... Always preferred Vice City Not to say SA isn't a very good game though!

Who else pre-purchased CS:GO?

Just bought Magic 2013... Had put it off for a while, but meh. £6.99 barely buys a days food anyway, so why not just jump in.

 

Magic 13 has some really irritating control limitations... Why can't I bind things to my mouse? Sigh.

 

I pre-ordered CS:GO and I'm suppose to have access to the beta today but still don't see anything

 

just got dawngard for skyrim...time to bring my dragon killer out of retierment

 

You should have it now I had fun schooling my brother :excited: CSGO is what SS should have been.

If you have the computer power to play it I highly recommend Skyrim.
By the time I was finished with it I had over 500 hours of game play
racked up. I don't know of any other single player game that provides that much
game play for $60. Even Portal 2 while highly entertaining didn't have that much
content.

By this weekend I hope to be playing the first official game addon to Skyrim. There goes another
20 to 30 hours.

 

The World Ends with You. An older DS title (2007), but it's very good. Easily worth playing if you own a system that can play it.

 

Skyrim runs really well on a lot of systems too. Even with a 560 ti (upgrading to a 6XX series card sometime this year, just need to decide which) I was able to max the game @ 1920x1080 with everything on max (Including HR Texture Pack). Constant 60fps Even on the laptop FPS was great without sacrificing too much prettiness!

 

Dividing my time between Skyrim (completely addicted) and a second run through Fallout3.

 

Fallout 3 pissed me off

PS Vita will support some PSOne games from August 28th Also, Mists of Pandaria Pre Patch 5.0 will land the same day (29th in the EU).
