2. Mods here answer complaints from members, move threads that are placed incorrectly, notify admins when there are spammers to be banned, and in general, help clean-up the forums. I guess you might call us janitors.

3. I'll be honest, the things said about me by two members here, hurt a bit. I don't like my character being questioned. If I do something wrong, then announce it to everyone. But if I haven't, why suspect?

4. For those of you who have offered congrats and kind words, thank you. To me, it was an honor to be considered, and I hope in time I will learn everything I need to know to be effective.
