I never turned on Deidre79 here...though both of you would disagree with that as you're both lost in la-la-land to why she was banned, and it had nothing to do with flaming the mods.

 

I supported deidre79 when she was flamed, while you hid behind your tree. She appreciates that. That is why she disagrees that you did not betray her, and why she is still in touch with me.

Also, when you used http://www.tineye.com/ to demonstrate that deidre79 has a photo of herself on several different websites you implied that she does not really look like that. That was a hostile act.

 

Loyalty is honourable, DL... I see you putting your reputation on the line for DD and that's ok if you believe that justification exists to do so, which you obviously do.

Ask yourself a few things, DL... Does nophest typically intervene? Do you really believe that DD was banned for calling the mods names? Lastly, is this more about your hatred towards Shake than it is about DD?

I do not know why nophest choose ShakeZula to be a moderator. I do not know why he singled out deidre79.

It is certain that you should stay out of quarrels that are not your own.

 

At one stage she had 360+ friends on her list but as i remember you were the only one that egged her on to keep her arguments going. Where were all those friends when she needed to be protected in your ridiculous style.

And you're wrong numbnuts it wasn't me that used 'tineye' on her photo.....though as you're convinced it was me then find the post where you think I did it.

 

DL, nophest does not typically intervene... It had to have been a serious issue for him to do so, which hazing the mods is not. Nophest banned DD himself because her actions had the potential to hurt his business.

Shake's actions were NOT the cause for her banning... I don't know DD and agree that it's mean to out her or cause doubt about her identity. Also, I agree that her identity is not relevant to her banning and further attacks on it is character bashing, plain and simple.

 

If you want to play by the rule that quarrels in the public forum are not actually public then its not your quarrel either.

My opinion is that because its in a public forum, then I can comment as I wish. And you should still shut up.

 

I think you might be right about this, but you haven't convinced me. Mods on internet forums are known for throwing their weight around. I do not see how doing anything short of revealing nophest's real identity could hurt his business.

 

It is also certain that YOU should accept what has happened and stop boring the forum with your constant twisting of the facts...

How many times does it need to be said, Deidre WAS NOT banned for flaming any mod..

So what if you are in constant contact with Deidre, I am in constant contact with my wife but I should think the forum are not interested in me posting continously about it, like you do with Deidre...

All you need to do is express your distaste with what happened to Nophest, then let Nophest decide for himself whether he feels that he over-reacted. Judging by the comments that have been posted there are a lot of people who would agree with the action Nophest took...

I am surprised that you still try to convince yourself of the reason behind Deidre's ban. Considering it was there for everyone to see and read in a thread started by Nophest...

Though you do have to ask yourself 1 question: If Nophest decided that you had twisted the facts for long enough, and decided to BAN you. Would this forum then see Deidre come back and rant on continously about your ban being unfair and that you should be allowed back???

 

DL, you apparently don't agree that her actions could have potentially had a negative effect. Well, I'll elaborate for everyone.

This is a very open minded forum with only a few rules and censorship is almost non-existent. These are reasons for this forum's popularity and DD's public claim countered these principles, which could have potentially effected its desirability.

Ok... That's it, DL and I personally support nophest's decision to ban her based SOLELY on this.

 

That depends on how one defines "flame," and how one interprets nophest's behavior.

The following definitions from The Urban Dictionary would seem to cover what deidre79 was doing:

Keep in mind, I am not endorsing deidre79's behavior. Nevertheless, it was flaming, and I think that if flaming the mods or nophest is cause for banishment, that should be clearly specified in the rules.

I hope you notice that I am trying not to flame nophest, piggit, and Chunky. There is a difference between criticizing a comment or an action and insulting the person who posted the comment or performed the action.

 

I doubt deidre79's charges against the mods damaged this forum's popularity as much as the decision to ban her.

Have you FORGOTTEN the words Nophest used, if you have They are copied and pasted below...As Deidre has been banned and Shake is still around on the forum, we can all see that it was Deidre who was making false claims, NO-ONE else...Also the only definition of the action of FLAMING that this site goes by is Nophest's. If he considers your comments to be out of order, there is FUCK ALL you can do about it except explain to him the context the comments were used in...

Also taking your last comment as it stands, maybe you should publicly apologise to us because of your unfounded accusations of us flaming you...We have criticised your actions and comments over this matter, BUT we have NEVER personally insulted you...So why have you accused us of flaming you when, in your words, what we have done is NOT regarded as flaming.....
