nostalgia does seem to build things up to be more than they were. It's often disappointing to go back, but on occasion one of those things really is as good as you remember it.

See... I actually used to be VERY skinny. 98lbs at like 5'2 or 5'3.

But I lived with my mom who was a former escourt (unbeknowst to me until recently) which caused her to be VERY christiantly in her new life and.... er wait a minute. running out of time have to switch comps

 

Anways she was VERY into the whole Jesus thing. And since I adored her I was too. So through middle school and up I was *shrugs* iono. I wore white old lady sweaters and if boys paid attention to me usually I wouldn't notice cause of my ADHD but if they ever actually asked me out... which I can only remember one doing *embarrassed grin* I'd ignore them and sorta run away from them on the date. I KNOW. I'm sorry. I didn't realize how bad that was till later.


Anways... after I moved in with patty and scott... lessee I was around 130lbs-150lbs then, pretty good looking. I got hit on a lot but ignored it. and no one really asked me out, though I did get asked for my number a bit. *shrugs* at the time I was getting over being taken from my mom so I didn't really NOTICE people.


and now I'm much fatter... like 200lbs. I have started to date but I'm picky. furthermore I am a recluse, a pervert, demand absolute loyalty, intelligence... ie I am a picky person who never talks to other people lol.

 

I kinda saw where the mother part of the story was going, no one is more puritanical than a "reformed" convert. Just look at St. Augustine, he converted, became a pre-eminant member of the catholic church, his ideas caught on and then we got stuck with 1600 years of guilt. The man invented original sin, according to him we're all born guilty for Adam and Eve's sin.

So maybe obviously after saying that, I was raised catholic conservative views on sex etc. I've got aspergers, a symptom of which is difficulty reading subtleties in communication, so if anyone has shown interest I've probably been oblivious to it. I'm also shy, nerdy, and picky.

I just hate that people don't think "she's not expereinced because she was a nerd" but rather "she's not experienced because she was fat".

I wish I had pics from when I was a teenager so I could show my size 3 waist with jlo ass wearing the miniskirt my mom put me in and tube top that someone was going to throw away and so I snatched. xD though now that I am older I can see why my grandma yelled at my mom for "trying to dress me up like a whore".

My only real issue with my place in life is that I've moved past the whole conservative upbringing part, but finding someone to make the most of it with has so far been impossible. Getting past the conservative part didn't happen until after the ex.

 

hmm, i'd prob never get along with you. i've never been conservative and people with assertive opinions who are not ME give me a headache after a bit of preaching. and you know what they say, you can never quiet shake off all the roots lol.

 

If you say so. I am kinda straight edge, don't smoke, drink etc. Otherwise any preachiness usually comes out as being relentlessly upbeat and humanistic. Mostly I have an easygoing, do whatever makes you happy, just don't hurt anyone else while you're doing it attitude. Where I would see a conflict is the part where you demand 100% loyalty, whereas I have kind of lost faith in the concept of monogamy. I'm leaning more towards polyamory as a lifestyle choice.

Which ending(s) did you get in nocturne? I went through and got all of them. Did you defeat the Hitoshura and Satan optional bosses in DDS or Elizabeth in Persona 3? I beat Hitoshura and Satan, but wasn't big enough on P3 to do the prep work to fight Elizabeth.
