during partition, british govt ask states either they want to join Pakistan or India......Jona Garh n Manawar State's Rajas (Cheifs) want to go with Pakistan but majority hindu wants to go with India, so those 2 states went with india, and in case of Kashmir, Raja (Cheif) of Kashmir want to go with india but majority muslim population with Pakistan but india send there army to get control ovr Kashmir, but civilians revolt against it, and they freed almost 1/3 of Kasmir ( which is Now part of Pakistan)

 

why indian kasmir is under army not Pakistani?

Im Pakistani, but even I can be objective. The pakistani side of Kashmir is not as blissful as you make out! We would not be having this conversation if the British Empire did not split our homeland into 3 pieces, India (as a whole country, pre-partition) was acceptance of all religions, Muslims had and still do have mosques all over India and the current Prime Minister is a Sikh.

The tensions of this provence has been caused by rushed political exit of the British Empire and the same mistakes are still happening right now in other regions of the world
