Ladies, I have been married for 25 years. I know when my wife is feeling sexy, but I seem to have no ability to create this feeling.

My questions is, what do women find sexy in a male?
What dress, manner of walking, talking, or whatever do you find sexy?
How would a man make you feel hot?
What about a strip tease? Do ladies find this hot or funny?

You know, wyllie, that was a very astute question, I also think sometimes they don't think we are sexy. I sometimes wonder if most of the "women" on her are really guys playing a great game. Someone called this as the best video game ever, and I do agree with that take, but I am also serious about it being the best method of communication I have ever participated in.. Your quotation is very apt for most people, I think, until they become connected to one another soulwise.

 

I have the same problem as you. If she wants me, all she has to do is nibble on my ear. If she really wants me, she can do any number of other things to get my attention INSTANTLY. On the other hand, if I'm in the mood, I'd better hope she's in the mood, too.

I asked her, and she told me that it couldn't hurt to "primp," and mentioned that a nice dinner and candles and setting a sweet and special mood is always good. But that's romantic, it isn't sexy. Still, if romanticism increases my odds, I'll take it.

Agreed. A romantic evening is one of those ways we males can create a mood. However, that is somewhat removed from simply being sexy. Isn't this the same as giving love to get sex?
Your comment about 'primping' might be closer to the point. Here your wife is saying your sexier if your groom yourself and dress up a bit. Let's consider this an illustration of what this thread is looking for; What makes a man sexy?

I find it interesting (and frustrating) that women have nothing to say on this topic except through their men (as with Caffeine). So let's open this discussion up and get the opinions from the men in the forum. What do you think makes you sexy, and/or what have your GF's, or partners stated they find sexy about you?

 

Allright, I'll be the first lady to take a stab at this. First, what you said about guys giving love to get sex, and women giving sex to get love is absolutely true...and very sad. Because more than anything, we just want to be loved and appreciated. And anymore you can't tell when a guy really does love you...or when he's pretending so he can get laid. And it destroys a woman a little on the inside every time that happens. No matter how confident a woman appears, we are all scared insecure girls on the inside. And by doing things that one would consider "romantic" (ie, candlelight dinners, etc), you are showing us that you really do care, because you took the time to think about us and plan out something special that is only for us.

In its own way, romance is sexy. You guys think its cheesy. And it might be, but at that moment, its not. At that moment we go all soft on the inside, our heart swells, and then we want to fuck the shit out of you

I think you are looking at this wrong. Because guys are different than women. Women are soft, lucious, and just sexy. The female body is more of a work of art. Men, well, they are furry, bumpy, and they have this odd protrusion from between their legs :-D You don't really look at a man as "sexy" in the same way a woman is. And guys, really, the big muscles and six pack abs thing...we don't care. Personally I don't care for it at all. Especially if you get TOO muscley. Yuck. I prefer a guy with a smooth tummy, maybe a few extra pounds...I don't care for the rock hard tummy at all. So this is just me, but normal looking guys are more appealing.

And blue eyes. Those are sexy, I don't know why...but I'm a sucker for those.

To me, a guy who is confident, but not over confident, who drives for success, who is not selfish, and who can look at me and really LISTEN to what I'm saying (versus zoning off while staring at my chest), is very sexy. And don't do that lift up the ass cheek and fart thing. That's just gross. lol

As for dress, jeans an a tshirt are fine. But sometimes just throwing on some slacks and a button up shirt or nice polo...thats a hot look.

To make me hot, other than romancing. One thing that always gets me is when he looks me in the eye, then softly puts both hands on the side of my face and gently pulls me in for a kiss. Or when he just looks at me and touches my face softly. For some reason that is so hot to me.

Romance isn't lost on me, but sometimes it feels so cheesy. Candles and nice dinner, soft music, nice cloths? It's nice to do once in a while, but can be easily overdone and then become meaningless.

I was hoping there was a trade secret you would share. Perhaps I'm getting lazy. THAT's certainly a relationship killer.

I think a male is sexy when he knows what he wants, and has the ambition to get it. When he does the unexpected things, like notes, telling you to have a good day, a card for no special occasion. A:rose: for no special occasion, other than thinking of you. A candy bar every now and then,(you know how most women love chocolate.) I do!

A male is sexy when he is confident and not conceited on the way he looks. He can be sexy, in jeans and a t-shirt, (not the baggy type that in style now) but jeans that fit well. He can also be sexy in shorts, jogging suits,dress clothes, a tux, it is the way that a man carries his self that makes him sexy. I have seen men that are mechanics, covered in grease and oil, that can be very sexy, and I have seen men in shirts and ties that are not sexy, It just depends on how you look at it, and how a man wants to be looked at, and how a man wants to be perceived I guess!

Romance, what makes a man sexy? Unexpected candlelight dinner, a walk in the park, a picnic in the park on a blanket, or along the beach if you are lucky enough to be by a beach, holding hands, cuddling,spending time together just the two of you. Whether you go to a movie,spend the day in bed or just talking I think that is romantic. But that just depends on a person's view of things, not everyone has the same opinion. That's what makes the world go around.

 

ya know I was just thinking, I feel sorry for the guys who used to watch shows like Sex and the City to get inside women's heads, poor bastards.

Is it the way a guy feels when he wears something that makes him sexy? Like for instance if a guy, like me for example, feels confident and feels good about how he looks in just about anything, does that make the guy sexy or does what he's wearing?

you do know that alot of guys are just scared little boys on the inside right? I have a whole lot of emotional issues, and I can relate with leila when she says that all women are just little girls on the inside.

Some guys are heartless... but I have met PLENTY of women who are as bad if not worse than the use-them-then-lose-them male stereotype.
