I have been raped and need to talk to others that have had this happen to them. I believe I've gone on but sometimes it still controls me.

 

Report it to the police, and find proper counseling. This isn't where you need to be.

 

If you have been raped,go to police immediately and save any evidences like sperm etc.

I have some experiance with these issues.

You can heal, but there will ALWAYS be scars. Learning to live with the scars may be the final frontier.

Seek councelling from trained professionals if you can't handle recurring feelings, and particularly if you have flash-backs.

The human brain uses many devices to protect us from unpleasant or uncontrollable circumstances. These devices help us get through the immedeate furture, but must be torn down in order to move forward in our lives.

I've never been raped but I do know what it feels like to be violently overpowered, controled and/or violated and that is what I believe rape really is not sex. You didn't say when this happened or how many times you have feelings like helplessness, fear, rage, ect.
Those can be key factors and crucial. For instance there is hope in common knowldege things like Time heals and this too shall pass. But that sure sounds like bullshit to someone who may have been suffering for years.
If it is recent reporting it to the police is good advice and during that process ask them to refer you to a rape crisis center or counseling. Most cities and states have these resources because rape is that devastating to the victim.
If it's not recent or there are circumstances that make you think you cannot go to the police you can still get counseling and help. I do suggest you see if there is a rape crisis center in your area, because this crime requires specialized counseling for best results.
Now I'll probably take some heat for this but one thing I personally found out aided the healing process was if you believe in God pray first for strength and secondly for forgiveness for your attacker. I don't know how or why this works but I know I was obsessed with what happened to me and could not get past it until I did that, and once I did things got a lot better for me and I've managed to come to terms with it. I don't think you can "get over" or "get past" something like this. It doesn't go away, and you can't forget but you can go on and get it in perspective.
Now I have read your posts, and don't see anything in them that causes me to disbelieve you, but even if I did I'd still have posted this because just the odds and probability say mathmatically there are many victims of rape within this group and they might see this and it might help.
The one thing you should not do is suffer alone or in silence. So talking to anyone about it even us is better than that.
