As for myself hun, I like women who have heart, who aren't all about themselves and raise themselves up to a par and expect everything given to them. Though I am not above showering the woman I see myself dating/marrying/spending the rest of my life with, with gifts and love. =P

Also, she has to have a sense of humor, as I do tend to joke and kid around a lot as well as pick on people (in fun, not to hurt their feelings or anything of the such.) Hrm, what else can I say...other than she had better love to get her freak on at any given time, whether in public or not hehe.

But all in all, good heart, good sense of humor, able to at least tolerate me to some extent! Lol.

What do different guys like? Ask. Simple as.
See a guy you fancy? Ask him.

How did you get to know your friends likes and dislikes? conversation and time.

You could ask for a broad generic answer and use that as a template, but it would be null and void the moment you encounter someone who does not fit that template.

The same question could be asked about women, there is no simple answer.

All humans, regardless of gender, have their own unique likes and dislikes, and cannot have labels attached to them so they can be catalogued and identified.
You have to go through the whole process of asking, dating, etc etc, and even then it may be some time before you get to know the real person.

I am assuming the OP is asking about a serious relationship, and not simply some random encounter to partake in mammalian breeding exercises.

What I want in a partner, is a woman who is happy enough and confident enough to speak her mind and tell me when she thinks I'm wrong. She should be as demanding as I am, while not being aggressive.

Sometimes I think I'd like to meet a woman with the same interests as me, but then I think that might be too boring and we'd never want to extend our knowledge of the world or broaden our horizons.
