i had always wondered about that. i have read cases similar. a guy
got busted, for having sex with a teen-ager six months of her

if he would have waited and timed it right, would he still be arrested ?.
what if he hooked up with the 17 y.o., just 2-3 hours of her birthday
and had sex with her. now, if she went and told someone the nextday,

i would think not. sense it was soo close to her turning 18.

2) There are some 31 year olds who are not ready for an adult sexual relationship.
