are you fucking serious? of course not. im an anarchist and ill say that even well beyond any sort of society based reasons, its absurd to think that anyone truly capable of logical thought would find child molestation acceptable

 

Its a sad world all round.

There has just been a case on trail in New Zealand. The man was accused of having sex with a girl age 15. He was 30. His defense was that he met the girl in a brothel , she was working there. Later he saw her at a nightclub at approx; 2a.m. He noticed her getting carded at the door but being allowed entry and then being served alcohol at the bar. He approached her asking her out on a date. Long story short, they ended up as a couple. When the relationship turned pear-shaped (surprise, surprise) she told the police, who then charged him with having sex with a minor.
The guy is arguing in court, that as he met her in a brothel, then saw her in a nightclub buying alcohol that he would rightfully assume she was 18 or over.
He was found guilty.

you can attempt to justify it all you want with intricate and complex situations but in the end its nothing short of vile, weak, shameful, disgusting, and malicious.

...but not every "illegal age" sex is molesting... My opinion is that no intercourse between two consenting individuals of any age is wrong.

Legally tricky is sex between teenagers on boths sides of that spectrum - 13 and 19, but even there - some kids mature earlier, some bloom later, sooo... if they do it consensually, why call it wrong?

The most tricky would be some older men/women having sex with underage girls/boys, I think the cases where such a thing would be consensual are extremely rare, but if I read about Jerry Lee Lewis story I can see that also things like that happen where genuine love and passion is included on both sides and the mature "kid" is not molested and this cannot be called "wrong".

I have fantasies about a lot of things, but I don't live them. Just because some has an idea in their head, it does not condone the action. What about dreams? Are they condoning the action through subconsious thought?

If a writer creates a story involving underaged participants, it in no way, shape or form means he condones the action in real life. If a writer creates as story about assassination, it doesn't mean he will ever kill someone.

There is a huge difference between fantasy and reality. Or do you believe everything you see on a television show?

Yeah, well - I have a lot fantasies too... Vividly describing the step by step process of brutally raping a child, inflicting pain on him or her and destroying his or her life and portraying it to be fun and a perfectly acceptable pass time is not ok with me. Furthermore, it's not ok for XNXX to come across as condoning this behavior not to mention that it could have dire effects on the business if the industry believes that this website is a haven for child molesters.

This will also promote child molestation and attract child molesters to XNXX, both of which - I'm certain that the administrators don't want. You know, it's all about the presentation and delivery imho.

 

There is no promotion of child abuse on this site. There is the freedom to create fiction stories and forum in which they are read. But you know what Carrie - it promotes porn. That is illegal in some of the world. Should those participants be jailed?

As stated before - all pictures of children in any scenario, are forbidden to be posted and are removed as soon they are discovered. There is no promotion of child abuse on this site. Words are far different than photographs.

 

No, I respectfully disagree that a story written by a talented author and photographs depicting the same story are far different. You know, talented writers can create very vivid imagery in the minds of interested readers.

Umm, I'm aware that underage photos are not acceptable here and understand that they are removed... Again, I believe that this could promote child abuse and attract child molesters to XNXX and quite possibly be a source for damaging publicity. Imho, it would be a mistake - plain and simple.

 

What about poorly written pedo stories? If the prose is poor and not terribly vivid should those be allowed then?
