The forum needs to speak against these sickos.

I have a real aversion to seeing stories about child molestation here. I think that the more exposure they are given increases the brazeness of pedophiles. It lulls them into the false idea that what they do and fantasize about is acceptable because there are other people out there on internet that feel that way too. It makes their sickness somewhat more acceptable.
A lot has been discussed about the line of age but what about the line where fantasy turns to reality and a child has been scarred for life? This is not some cute little sexual quirk! It maims people for life.
If anybody ever touched my child there would be an instantanious moment where the fantasy of murder turned into reality.
I cannot tell you how livid I am every time I see Obscene Cupcakes signature. So proudly out there wearing her sick fantasies. She wants to be the poster girl for pedos.
I am glad to see that the forum is speaking out against this. Maybe it will push them all back into hiding. I hate to think that Xnxx is used as a place for the rockspiders to gather and perpetrate more molestation.
Just because this behaviour has been allowed (so far) does not mean it is condoned here.

And I really do empathize if the Mods are subject to second guessing by the Admin, I can't help but think that gives them a sense of powerlessness, an inability to enforce the rules.

A counter point to that is "should all fantasies we find disturbing/ distasteful be removed?"

Ask yourself this. What would you do as a Mod?
If they ban ALL underage content, what happens when someone or a group of people protest against Incest? Premarital Sex? Cheating?

I see many people proclaim their love for the "Freedom of the site", what people are now doing is asking the Mods to start chipping away at that freedom by asking them to ban all pedo content, including fantasy stories.

I FULLY agree if someone confesses/brags about their molesting they should be brought to the attention of the authorities.

But, as much as I am loathe to know there is pedo fantasy stories on here, I cannot support the notion that said fantasy stories should be banned.
That way leads to heavy censorship.

Your rules are vague, your first rule clearly states "No underage content" yet by all accounts your permitting some.
This vagueness is causing some confusion for your mods, which is leading to the perception by others that the Mods are ineffective.
That they actually have to ask for a clarification on rulings means you are bogging the whole works down, dragging out topics that should be solved asap, and leaving the Mods to stand before the communal firing squad.

Yeah, I know, your site, your rules, do what you want, etc etc, but these are people looking after your interests on this site.

I own a website and even though it isn't as old and big as XNXX it's becoming more work to run. The traffic is increasing steadily and I have gained the support of other well established adult businesses. Yup, I think I have an idea about what nophest has to spend his time on.

You know, think of this... Ok, recently a person was banned for WRITING hate speech and the mod correctly based her reasoning on one of the rules written by nophest. Now, based on those same rules one could go post photos depicting and promoting racially motivated brutality and slander against blacks or whoever and not be in violation of any particular rule.

Ironically, this child molestation issue is the reverse, logically... Just because someone finds someone else or a group of "someone elses" attractive doesn't necessarily mean that there will be sexual activity, either consensual or non-consensual.
