I would like to see a comparative study of crimes perpetrated by what ethnic group.

You are currently providing a theory based on

1) There are a high amount of people of colour in the area

2) there is a high amount of Crime in the area

I am currently trying to find accurate data that demonstrates your theory that "High concentration of blacks = High crime".

Look at my comment # 373. The three cities in the United States with the highest percentage of blacks have high rates of violent crime. The three cities in the United States with the lowest percentage of blacks have low rates of violent crime.
