Tell the wife that when all three of you are together, she needs to tell her husband that she'd like to play with you! I had fun with a situation like this. I had a friend fuck my wife a couple times, I knew about it since my wife and I are very open and honest with each other. I had a situation that was similar to your issue. A few years back I had a buddies girlfriend come on to me and I didn't say anything to him a/b it for a long time because I knew that it would cause a rift b/t us.
