I am looking into a new diet drug, I hate resorting to pills but despite my careful eating and working out, I am not getting thinner. I am hoping that the pills will be the answer. My husband and girlfriend don't want me to lose too much weight but I explained that at 300 plus pounds, I am hurting all the time and I only want to get down to 220. I was happy and comfortable there so I would like to get back to that. On the plus side, I get told all the time that I don't look as fat as I am. That makes me feel much better.

 

My eleven years off and on again roommate lost 100 pounds by walking 3 miles every day for about 2 months. But maybe you already tried that. Just to throw it into the mix for you.

 

I do weight watchers... it works - as long as you stick to it..

I am researching the pill, so far the side effects sound minor compared to the last one I tried. I had to stop it because my husband suspected it was killing me. No worries, I plan on living as long as I can so I am being careful about what is going into my body.
