I think that incestuous thoughts may happen and be relatively harmless, but any actual contact is incest. I know that I'm just a newbie on here, so I don't want anybody to think I'm being a know-it-all or rude or anything, but it is my opinion that the ejaculation of semen on somebody, especially a female, without that person's consent is a violation of safety and privacy. It doesn't matter if the ejaculate doesn't actually enter a body cavity - what matters is that no female should have fluid with the ability to impregnate or transfer STDs touch her body without her knowledge or consent.
