  2. Hello,

You can now get verified on forum.

The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

Obama's job creation record looks positively scintillating compared with that of George W. Bush. But more to the point, where are all the jobs that John Boehner promised would be Congress' top priority? How do YOU propose to create more jobs? And if you say "cut taxes", I think we've tried that, haven't we?

Ah yes one of the conservatives most cherished notions; the myth of tax cuts creating jobs and trickle down economics which actually consists of the wealthiest 5% of Americans pissing all over the rest of us.

That, and the mantra one hears a lot these days that public sector jobs aren't "real" jobs. That's going to come as a surprise to a lot of people I know.

No its going to surprise a lot more people if those folks ever walk off those public sector jobs and they'll find out how real the job is. I remember when the New York sanitation workers went on strike and New York buried itself in trash within days.

And one thing they were striking for was a little respect that even though they collected garbage it was a far more important job than they realized until it started piling up in the streets.

Scintillating huh, the numbers that I remember seeing shows that unemployment jumped up over 2.5 % since he took office . There isn't anything that he and his pals have done for the last 2.5 years, that produces stability for the economy or for the people, except to provide more entitlements as a nanny state.

Ace may have means more probable than not. And the stimulus package is credited with keeping the US from plunging into another Great Depression, stopping the economic free fall, and finally beginning to pull out of the recession.

In the meantime, even a former John McCain Campaign Adviser, has said the conservative/Republican/Tea Bagger budget cuts would cost us 700,000 jobs.

    http://www.dailykos.com/story/2011/...iser:-GOP-budget-cuts-would-cost-700,000-jobs

Cuts to NPR, and Planned Parenthood are going balance the budget while they try to turn IRS Agents into anti-abortion spies? I don't believe that for an inch.

And how old are you anyway, Ace? 20? That would be the only explanation I can think of for you not knowing no matter what they campaigned on every time the conservative/Republican/Tea Baggers get into power they immediately return to pushing their fundamentalist Christian Agenda, of anti-abortion, anti-homosexuality, and anti-pornography, and pro-rich.

Refresh my memory Ace. What did the new Republican majority in the house of representatives campaign on?

What did they say they would do if they got elected?

Absolutely, the extent of the corruption and greed involved in the financial collapse was far worse than anyone even imagined. And consequently the full extent of the impacts that would have on the economy and unemployment was far worse than they predicted.

But between TARP bailouts, the auto industry bailouts, and the stimlus pacakage we avoided another great depression, stopped the economic free fall, and created or saved about 3.5 million American jobs.

That's because you only look at the numbers the right wing noise machine tells you to look at Ace. They are cherry picked for that specific purpose.

For example the unemployment rate when George Bush took office in 2001 was about 4.7%. After eight years of his presidency, six years of which the Repubicans controlled both houses of congress and the presidency it had risen to more than 8.5%. That's about a 4% increase for Bush.

And from the time President Obama took office the unemployment rate peaked at 10.4% and has since declined to 8.9%.

    http://www.google.com/publicdata?ds...e&dl=en&hl=en&q=graph+of+us+unemployment+rate

All President Bush did was cut taxes for the rich, claiming that would create jobs and then sat there and lost jobs for the next eight years.

I like her too. So far she's second only to Sarah Palin for saying just stupid and ridiculous things and fucking up what should be elementary American History. And now that Palin is fading out of existence I fully expect Bachmann to take the stupidity record.

But Ace here's one of tenguy's "fiscal conservative for you.

So the folks in Alabama would be better served if he were not to be allowed to run again. Yet you are still against term limits, perhaps you too are protecting your self interests.

I don't know why we have to keep reminding you of the hard facts, but here they are:

Oh, but you're wrong. Your nomination of Palin to anything would absolutely delight me. And Bachmann would be even funnier.

    Hard facts? Hardly.

Once again we are confusing unemployment numbers with the number of employed people.

The population of persons of employment age has grown far faster than the number of jobs added.

The old cliche' of "figures don't lie, liars figure" is appropriate here.

Very few of us think that either Bush or Obama has done much to increase private sector employment. Neither track record is sterling.

    Now that I can understand.

Perhaps we will be treated to a Obama/Clinton ticket against a Palin/Bachmann, that might be a ticket combination that Perot could have won against.

Oh God Ace me too, me too. I tell you what would be the liberal dream team is a Palin and Bachmann ticket. Nobody can expose the lie of conservatism and Tea Bagger idiots on parade better than those two could.

And as far as your super majority? Show me those polls Ace. Because I'm seeing the conservative/Republican/Tea Baggers losing ground on a daily basis.

Also as to not allow this thread to be completely derailed lets look at some of the hilarious things Michelle Bachmann has said.

Oh, but you forgot this recent bit of revisionist American history...Bachmann evidently thinks that Lexington and Concord are somewhere in New Hampshire. And her staff didn't know enough to correct her.
