  2. Hello,

You can now get verified on forum.

The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

    Best regards,

    Silly earthlings.
If Xceba should decide to conquer your planet we will not be concerned with your military or your armed citizenry. We will simply turn all weapons into sex toys, and watch your males fuck themselves. While they do that we will take your females.

Then we will decide what to do with the males. Hopefully, some of them will kill themselves fucking.

First of all I am saddened by the actions of a maniac in Az. and pray for the recovery of those he wounded and for the famalies of those he killed.I am the owner of numerous weapons that I have collected over the years , some to hunt with , some to target shoot with and some I carry for self protection as I do have my concealed carry permit.I am not paranoid I am prepared to protect my family and friends.I was raised with firearms and taught the proper way to use ,care for and store them, the majority of mine are locked in a safe.I belive in the 2nd amendment and what it stands for ,it is not out of date.

We have this little thing called the 2nd Amendment that protects our right to keep and bear arms. Sorry, you liberal commies. You can't take my gun away from me.

From my cold, dead hands....

How about responsible gun ownership. Again I ask, what exactly is the need for military grade automatic and semi-automatic weapons in the hands of the average citizen?
You like hunting, use a rifle or a bow. Home protection, a small calibre 6 shot hand pistol would suffice.. so exactly what is the need to own military grade weaponry?

Because the 2nd Amendment isn't about hunting. It's about protecting the citizenry against an oppressive federal government. People shouldn't fear the government. The government should fear the People. The government has military grade weaponry. So should the People.

That has to be the most deranged argument in the arsenal of the deranged, gun loving creeps who keep the Second Amendment from being repealed.

How you can say that after what happened in Phoenix reveals a diseased mentality.

So your telling me that the US military is not in fact there to protect the citizenry but to promote government interests?
Your saying that should the government pass bills certain groups disagree with they are well within their rights to start a war over it?

If your citizenry is so well armed, why do you need a military then?
And you can roll your eyes all you want but your 2nd amendment appears to be designed at a time when you had no military and were entirely reliant on the farmers to protect you from British invasion. A rather antiquated amendment, perhaps it's time to upgrade?

Is it not reasonable to assume that a democracy uses the power of the vote to change government? Not the barrel of a gun?

It appears to me that you fear your government more than your government fears you.

And should it come to pass you do take up arms against your government is that not tantamount to treason? And whom has direct control of arms manufacturing and licensing? Is it not your government that controls the manufacturing of ammunition?
So, in this hypothetical battle of armed civilians vs the government, what happens when the government stops the sale and distribution of ammunition?

Your twisting of my views (which were also held by the Founding Fathers) into some sort of defense of the nutty behavior of a sicko in Arizona reveals just who it is who has a diseased mentality in this discussion.

It is both false and exploitative to assert that all gun owners are nutjobs awaiting some moment to fulfill their political agenda's with firearms.

    That is simply sensationalism.
What should be done is the limitation of the types of firearms available to the public, complete background checks, and mandatory licensing of firearms.
Anyone with a criminal background should be prohibited from owning a firearm for life.
Case in point, the recent event in Arizona, the shooter had several run ins with the law and was still able to purchase a firearm.

There are elephants in the US? Btw, hunting of elephants is strictly forbidden. It's considered poaching. And have fun trying to get that gun into africa/India. How are you going to get it onboard a plane and past customs?

This is a simple issue, 2nd amendment is the law, and it should remain as such. You cannot get rid of a law because of how some people act irresponsible with a weapon. But to put this into perspective, let me give another example.

You remember the 18th Amendment during the Prohibition Era, well what happened. You still had people selling and manufacturing alcohol, not to mention consuming alcohol during that period. Of course the 18th Amendment was later repealed due to the creation of the 21st Amendment. But before the 21st Amendment came to be, the black market and the underground circles made alcohol attainable and plentiful.

Well, there are black markets for weapons. And underground circles of people who have their own gun shows and selling of weapons as well. So even if there was a law which came into play in the US in regards to repealing the 2nd Amendment, then the people would find other means to buy and store weapons.

So if you want to solve the issue, make gun laws more strict as to who can buy and operate a weapon.

Try to find a way to completely shut down all form of black markets in relation to weapons. This will be very difficult due to as soon as one is taken down, others will rise to take over the fallen sellers. Think of this world as the drug world, yet much more profitable.

Precisely my point of view on firearms. Such a dangerous tool should be heavily regulated and monitored.

The ownership of guns should be treated the way the ownership of automobiles is treated.

To buy a gun through a dealer, you must first go through a federal check.. The guns have registration and it is monitored if it is sold legally.
