Therefore, it is not unfeasible that a cop would neglect to charge a dumb shit who fired into a dwelling 'accidentally' (since there were no witnesses, who knows for sure but the guy who has a vested interest in NOT saying he shoot at the imam).

It takes work and questions to determine if something like that happened and why. Firearms don't spontaneously point themselves at things and discharge. There is either an intentional act or series of failures involved. For an officer of the law to determine what happened he would need to spend time looking at evidence. 'oops it just went off' followed by a cop saying 'good enough for me' is glaringly lazy and a failure of justice for the imam.

Thus 'so long as there is crime in society there can be no justice'. At a minimum negligence, at the other end intentional discharge and attempted murder, willfully covered up by the perpetrator and assisted by the lazy cop.

 

Those aren't facts. Those are simply things you say even after you've proven yourself to be a bullshitter from way back.
