Judging from what Michaela has posted her bf is an egoist who 's very good at spending money for himself.

 

Cockateer: I think I have strep. Nothing that can be done but to wait it out. I have a friend coming over soon with some medicine and herbal tea, and one of my best friends is going to be staying with me tonight after he gets off of work to make sure I get some rest. Another best friend (whom I met on here, actually, and lives in Indiana) arranged to have a pizza delivered to me for lunch today.

Thanks for the video update. I hope that you feel better soon. I used to use this over the counter throat spray called chloroseptic when ever my throat was bothering me. When the bf gets back see if he can find it at the pharmacy.

 

We do have some of that and it doesn't work. :'-(

 

Then I will bring the soup and we can heat it up when I get there. Then I will bring the baby oil for a full body rub down after the hot bath, how does that sound?

 

Rub down THEN bath. Otherwise I'd just have to bathe again to get the oil off lol. Then after a hot bubble bath it can be cuddle time!

 

My poor friend, I hope you get well soon. Drink a lot of sage tea, you can sweeten it with honey. Sage is anti-inflammatory.

I appreciate the research, hun, but I've already done my own. Even though those places are supposed to cater to those with low incomes, they still expect payment up front (their idea of what low income is is ridiculous, with costs of $200 and higher per visit, depending). That's something the bf isn't willing to do. He'd rather see me in financial ruin than help me out apparently. Pisses me off.
