Masturbation is totally healthy. Your body constantly manufactures sperm and semen. If you don't ejaculate the sperm and semen through masturbation or other sexual activity, you'll just have a wet dream and ejaculate in your sleep. It's the body's way of keeping the sperm and semen fresh and ready to do its job.

 

Actually that's not exactly true. Night time ejaculation (i.e., "wet dreams") is just one of two ways that the body gets rid of excess semen. The other way is that the body will break it down and reabsorb it into the system.

Well, I can only speak for myself. I've been doing it several times a week since I was 12 and I'm in great health.

Masturbation for males and females is not bad. People who think that are just...inhibited ( I am trying to be nice) it is natural and healthy. I masturbate at least twice a day. My libido has been on overdrive lately... if I didn;t I would probably kill someone.
